4000 Years of Women in Science: Profiles on more than 125 female scientists from ancient Greece through the start of the 20th century.
Bill Nye The Science Guy: World famous tv celebrity provides everything you can imagine.
ExploreLearning.com: This page provides several interactive science activities for kids. Requires Shockwave (ms, Hs)
Free Resources from the NSTA: Will help any high school science teacher round out their curriculum.
Howard Hughes Medical Institute Virtual Labs: This page provides links to four on-line virtual labs that deal with bacteria, cardiology, neurophysiology, and elisa assay. The labs are also available for free on CD-ROM. (Hs) CoolScience for Kids is also available.

Hurricane Katrina - Ongoing Needs of Teachers and Students . The U.S. Dept of Education has established a website that's a clearinghouse for schools needing assistance and schools with resources to donate.

Learning Science: We have been working on an online learning community for science education for the last 4 years and would like to invite you to take a look at it. In April 2006, we had over 300,000 hits from 45 different countries! This is a completely free and open web site, and will remain FREE. Topics are listed and activities for each age group are presented within each topic.
The Mad Scientists Network: This site covers a broad range of scientific topics and is very easy to use. You can ask questions and view archives of old questions according to various search parameters. (All)

Mineral Information Institute: Website provide excellent downloadable material and free products for certified teachers to aid in classroom activities.
National Center for Science Education: A nonprofit, tax-exempt membership organization working to defend the teaching of evolution against sectarian attack.

The National Park Service's Junior Ranger Program received funds to expand the benefits which connect thousands of children with national parks and help them develop an appreciation for these national treasures. An online component called WebRangers serves children who are unable to visit a national park. It features activities in English and Spanish for three age ranges, see www.nps.gov/webrangers. Links to curriculum, games and education media is at www.nps.gov/learn.

National Science Digital Library: Acomprehensive source for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education.
OMSI Science: This Oregon Science Museum offers on-line activities on hot air balloons, forestry, Internet history, and water. Additionally, there is a salmon-cam and a rat-cam. You can watch these critters on a camera that updates every 60 seconds. There are other additional resources too numerous to list! (all)
PBS TeacherSource: A site put together by the Public Broadcasting System.  There are sections to deal with both science and math.  On these pages, teaching ideas, information, and a multitude of links are provided.   (All)
