The Summer Science Program (SSP) is a 6-week experience in which high school students learn how to apply physics and calculus to determine the orbit of an asteroid from their own observations. SSP takes place at New Mexico Tech in Socorro , NM , 18 June - 29 July and at Happy Valley School in Ojai , CA 25 July - 5 August. See www.summerscience.org.
