Lego AFM Module

• Focuses on teaching introductory students about surface analysis techniques
• Allows students to construct a macroscopic model using the same principles in constructing a nanoscopic AFM scan head (based on the exercise at the MRSEC website)
• We have extended these materials to allow greater student creativity through a wider collection of LEGO brick, and through hands-on experience with a real AFM instrument.
