Lori Reinsvold Lori is the Director of a much broader scope of work that includes on campus education technology classes and support as well as the successful outreach program, Widening Our World (WOW) Program. On campus courses, hands on off campus classes, and on line courses are offered by the Technology Literacy Center. Lori ensures that curriculum, technology, and a Web presence are developed and maintained. She has her M.S. in Education from Purdue University. Lori's teaching experience spans K-16 education. Her interests include K-16 science education and effective use of technology in all classrooms. She has successfully secured over $6 million in external funding. She has developed and published technology curriculum, and taught technology classes for educators, small business members, non-profit agencies, local governments, and other community members. She has worked on various projects including the U S WEST Projects: Teacher Network, Connecting Teachers, and Tech Academy; Center for Learning and Teaching in the West; and GK-12. She is also the Web Manager for the MAST Institute Web site. She lives in Greeley with her husband, Rob, and two children, Eric and Maggie. When not working she enjoys swimming, hiking and gardening. Don Brown Don, PRBCorp CEO, currently serves as a Consultant for TLC; with his expansive computer skills, his duties range from server administration and web development to software and hardware research and training. Don has formerly served as a Technical Coordinator for WOW where he administered and developed servers and trained instructors in the maintenance and management of the mobile LANS. He has also worked with a variety of projects, including the Tech Academy, the WOW Project, the Connecting Teachers Project, and the HEAT Center Summer Academies. He developed the WOW and the Tech Academy Web sites. Don resides in Colorado Springs and can be found studying new technology to help build training curriculum and consequent implementation into schools and communities. He enjoys golf, fly fishing, and skiing. |
